If 28000mtr roll going to print and only 4 times registration out in different length for 4-5 seconds , then what we need to do.

Registration out can we happen due to many reason. As per your information,registration out happened at 6000 to 7000m. As for as I am understanding this problem is arising due to tension . tension problem in your machine may be due to play in the chiller roller, due to play in the idler roller, due to jump in chiller roller, due to play in infeet drum bearing , due to sarface of rubber roller of infeet not even, infeet dancer hunting during running machine etc.
Length registration problem also due to spendel con and key Loos or play

Yadi aap registration adjection mod mein chala rahe hain to pratyek cylinder ke piche wale aapane aage wale ka master hoga
2 no cylinder ke liye 1 ek number ka cylinder master hoga esi tarah 3 number ke liye 2 number wala master hoga 4 number ke liye 3 number wala master hoga
