There are several types of blow molding machines:

Injection Blow Molding:
In this process, the plastic material is melted and injected into a mold similar to injection molding, then the mold is transferred to a blow molding machine where air is blown to form the final product.
Stretch Blow Molding:
This process is generally used to make PET bottles. The plastic is melted and drawn into a long, thin tube, then the tube is blown and drawn into the final shape by a suitable mold.
After the product is formed, the blow molding machine will cool the product before it is released from the mold.
