@@LeedsUnitedTheView fully agree with that. Kristensen has been playing really well in a back 3 with Llorente but all up in the air now with the new bloke. Hope PsG take Llorente. Think we may have upset Jack when we agreed to sell him to Leicester and called him back. I wonder how much of the lack of speculation regarding Gnonto is down to him saying he was looking to change his agent before the window opened. Maybe his agent got the hint to keep his mouth shut. But if he is in need of money then having an 'exclusive' with somebody that could suggest a move might be happening is him getting an itchy bum again. In the clips we have seen of Gnonto in training he seems as committed as ever to the cause and he still has a smile on his face, something that we didn't see in the Summer.
Yeah I agree. He's agent has gone very quite. Even Willy smiling, I haven't seen the same player on the pitch as last season. But that could be style of the team. But he's not being used.
@@LeedsUnitedTheView I think he is now in the situation with Summerville and James playing so well that he will just have to wait for one of them to get injured, suspended or lose form. Hopefully he has matured a little more and now realises that.
I think that the way Bamford has behaved under similar circumstances must be a big boost to the none starters in the squad. He wasn't getting much game time but when Piro's form dropped off he was given his chance. If Farke has told the others in the squad that, that is what will happen then he has held true to his word and that can only be a help. The fact that he has talked about Cresswell and his lack of focus seems to cement that statement.
It can't be pleasant but if you know your manager is true to his word then that has to give you hope. But it can't be nice in effect hoping that one of your teammates gets injured or loses form particularly when one of those players is your best mate.
@stephenhodgson3506 I'm not a fan of Farke public dressing down of players, specially the younger ones. But he has history with that. But you're right, those not in the team need to take their chances. I think Willy has started 3 games this year, and he hasn't made any kind of impact

Very possibly. Given the Gnonto hasn't really got any kind of significant run in the team this season, I wouldn't hold it against him moving on.
If we do sell Gnonto how much you think we get for him seeing as we are in the championship not the premiership?
The club turned down 25 Mill from Everton in the summer. The word was they value him at 30 Mill. Given his lack of game time and impact I'd say that number has dropped. But 49ers don't appear to bend to low offers, so they may hold out for 25 and up, but they will struggle to get that I feel. West Ham still have Rice money burning a hole in their pocket

Navan Whites is my local one, great lads. A few in Dublin. There is a supporters club in Cork, but I don't think they're very active, I could be wrong

Looking at Gnonto and struggling to see what he's offered since his trouble and the Italy ankle injury.
I know he hasn't had much game time but when he has his contribution hasn't been game changing.
Moving on may be best for him and the club.
