Great Aquarium! Jess looked almost mesmerised at times, even if she couldn't see in detail. Aquariums are really tranquil. We have an aquarium about an hour's train ride from where I live, called The Deep. It's amazing, but they sadly don't clean inside the tanks as often as they should, so it always looks murky, which is really disappointing. There were some HUGE stingrays there, though! Absolutely massive!
Just a question, I may have missed the answer somewhere, when Jessica pats you, is that a stim or is it her way of showing affection? Either way, it's adorable.
Hi Jess & Family👋👋👋 This was so much fun, I just adore aquariums, I’ve been fortunate to visit the Camden Aquarium, it’s within 20 minutes from my home several times along with having visited the Boston, Florida & Las Vegas ones too, I just love them, they’re so beautiful and calming and I find sea life to be extremely interesting, there’s so many beautiful, amazing creatures. Jess was too funny, I have the same reaction when asked if I’d like to pet the stingrays, No😳 I’ll pet the dolphins but stings, no way, I always think of poor Steve Irwin and it scares me. is it okay to ask how blind is jess? our mom is legally blind. she can see but has trouble with distance and seeing things. see can see but not well. is Jess mostly blind? can she see better is brighter lighting? can she see shapes and certain colours? is everything blurry to her or black and she can see shapes? we are just wondering
Jess isn’t able to explain to us what she does see. She is completely blind in her right eye. In her left she can see most colors and shapes.
