Same and when you click update it just takes you back to FRP lock screen. I think this is an auto patch that installs when you connect to wifi that was rolled out sometime in October to prevent these type of FRP workarounds on older android OS devices.

@@ComputerRenaissanceSoldotna as soon as you connect to wifi succefully quickly click the back button and proceed with the talk-back setting.(start afresh with recovery mode wipe data factory reset) i was stock with the update problem and that was how i found my way around it
