I know this is an old video but i cant find a better place to ask, should i keep powering up my lvl 17 IV 15/10/13 gardevoir or start focusing on this new 15/13/15 ralts i just got? Im leaning towards leveling up the garde because ive heard IVs dont matter THAT much, and if i need i could still make another gardevoir if i need from the ralts later. But any help would be appreciated! (Reddit has a karma limit so i cant post on fresh acc, cba to get some since i dont use reddit)

every fairy type with charm is op. they are even more broken then stunfisk. it doesnt matter what type you are, charm does WAY too much damage.
