From last bit of info I'm aware of...Tishman owns 2.5/3% of the building and manage it. Donald Bren of Irvine Ranch owns the remaining.

That's wrong...he couldn't have built it in 2006...in captain america the first avenger movie there is a scene of the met life building and that movie is based in 2011
