Barcel, the company behind Takis, actually had potato chips in the past simply called "Barcel Chips". They were kettle cooked and they had a Fuego flavor.
Great call. I think I remember seeing those, but their branding is so subdued that I never really felt compelled to buy it.
I had the choice the other day between the Lay's Chili Mango or Ruffle's All Dressed... I ended up going with All Dressed because I've wanted to try that flavor ever since I saw it on Trailer Park Boys... so Chili Mango it is this weekend! For the record, the greatest potato chip ever made is Pringle's Salt & Vinegar lol
For me, it's Sour Cream & Onion or Chili Lime Pringles.
Okay so it is true, that Doritos, and Hot Cheetos are having a flamin hot verse off, I still think that hot Cheeto's are up on heat level but both are really, really hot lol (not really).. The lays Chile mango looks like it would go could with a Modelo beer!
Call me crazy, but I think these Doritos are a little hotter - and that's a good thing. Yeah, a Modelo with the Chile Mango would be good, but not quite as good as a Busch. Haha.

Just had the Lay's BLT chips. They are really good. I couldn't believe how much they tasted like a BLT.
