Wow! This reminds me of what my Father had installed nearly 40-years ago as the screened in back deck/porch. In hindsight it was a outright poor decision by the contractor to remove the concrete slab.

I have the approval, just need a company like in the video to come to install a new flat roof, Gutters on the flat roof, screen frame, screens, screen door, and non-slip outdoor tile on my concrete slab. not sure, we dont work in clearwater, b ut theres many factors that go into the cost, type of roof, is it for a house or mobile home, is there concrete, does it have a footer, etc.

Nice but I think that’s a tacky thing to do in the front yard. Would’ve been perfect as a back patio in my opinion
