Not sure what you were hearing other than maybe the background violin in the original track that he was playing over, but he was actually flat on most of those high notes. Not off enough to be clearly “oh my god he’s so bad” but enough to be noticeable to anyone who plays instruments much. (The violin itself might be perfectly tuned, I’m not a violinist so I don’t know whether it would be the violin off tune or his fingering slightly off, but the notes were not played perfectly for whichever reason it was.)
Atlus needs to hire you. that kind of violin skills should be in the last, best, and most epic of boss fights. Honestly, the violin just sounds both extremely dramatic and awesome.
The reincarnation version is normally played live rather than the original version, however most of the lines played by violin is played in guitar lead by Meguro Shouji

+WishMakers Pfft. Good joke. All Golden has is the true epilogue and shit-faced Marie who was pointless as you can face Izanami originally regardless. Oh and it's 10x times easier than vanilla too.
