Every time some one is treat like this by fans or anybody the games should be suspended and no fans. No one deserves this. Some humans are piece of shit and we cant change that. The thing that particularly hurt our player was a question, or several questions, in which the fact that she is Italian was questioned. A question, therefore, which on the part of those who asked it presupposes the thought that 'Egonu is not Italian'. It's the exact same statement that in recent years I have read in hundreds of comments written by fans of other nationalities, when obviously they were very annoyed that a black, strong athlete (perfectly and totally Italian) played in the Italian national team and they were very annoying because a player like Egonu is undoubtedly always a big annoyance for those who play against her. I have read hundreds and hundreds of comments like 'Egonu is not italian' written above all, but not only, by fans of a couple of countries that I don't mention because this type of controversy would now be irrelevant in relation to the substance of the speech. Now, however, everyone has become Egonu italianess' paladin because it is easy, now. At this moment she is not a formidable opponent, it is just a topic on which everyone can have their say and show their 'politically correct'. I have always been a Paola's paladin and I am proud to be in any moment; many others who now pretend to be one with the utmost hypocrisy, only show they are just very hypocrit people
