@@Grafana yeap, thanks. It was early in the morning that day when I saw this :) All clear by now.
I'm totally a beginner, and i try to make everything on my computer, nothing on the cloud. And still i can't write a config.alloy cause i don't understand it. I just want to try try the dashboard with basic metrics
It's incredible how undocumented alloy is.
And those vidoes showcasing "look, there is config file!" doesn't contribute anything either.
It almost feels as if Grafana is full of brilliant engineers who just can’t explain themselves.

It would be nice to see a .Net (and surely other platforms) video where an app is built from the ground up in docker compose exposing each one of the features included in Alloy and Tempo.

if its installed on your local, just type in localhost:12345 as long as port 12345 uses Alloy.
