Hard to judge, this never happened in Slovak history, Handlova is a small town, with about 17k people. And he was shaking hands with his voters, people who cheered him. He is often walking alone in Bratislava, going swimming in Donau, or running in the park, without security. It is just unheard of in Slovakia...
