Drew - Scythia is a militaristic civ that (in history) controlled much of what is now Hungary and Poland. It would exist between Russia and Western Europe. It's in the right place - you just need to look farther west for St. Petersburg and the Russians.

re Gorgo's shoulders.... Use a longbar and do clean and presses from the floor to above your head. Take the weights till they're heavy and the whole movement (legs dip and thrust in last part of movement) is putting it over your head - not your shoulders alone. And remember the shoulders are support for chest/back - many exercises will help compound effects... Incline presses for chest do shoulders too. Add heavy dumbell rows to your back routine as well. give it 6-8 weeks... Eat vitamin c after workouts to help with definition. No thanks needed, thanks for the vids.

You need to pump a lot more military in the first turns then you used to do in Civ 5. Somehow the AI in Civ6 is really aggressive. They're pissed off by like everything. So just be prepared ;)
mr alex it wouldn't be able to be there anyway because of Vilnius but either way the top of the map is cut off so if I were the AI I would move too. Although I'm pretty sure that it's been programmed to the wrong place
