As I glanced at the first question, a panic attack hit, and all my prepared knowledge seemed to vanish. It turns out, I wasn't alone in experiencing this anxiety. A survey conducted by NCERT in 2022 revealed that 80% of students from Class 9 to 12 feel immense stress before exams.
The survey identified two main reasons: 49% faced pressure to perform well, and 28% were afraid of how to approach the exams. To help overcome these fears, I'm here to share three secret tricks that can make you fearless in the exam hall.
Trick Number 3 is the 7 Days Endurance Practice. Set an alarm on your phone seven days before the final exam, simulating the exact time of your boards. Practice solving papers for three hours each day to train your brain to perform at its best during the actual exam.
