Polecat, here's a few tips. You can throw coins to distract guards away from certain areas so you can poison the drinks. Also, when an opportunity reveals you can track it. When you do that you gotta follow the little light bulbs that you see on screen. (white light bulb looking icon) and that is how you get special kills.
