The distinction between the word and the Word is divided by Psalms 138:2 quote "I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name." So if God magnifies his word above his name, why would his word be beneath his feet as represented in the ice? Could there be ice above God's head that we don't know about described in Isaiah 14:13, given that Satan was the former anointed cherub that covereth? Romans 11:33 quote "O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable his judgments, and his ways past finding out!"

What if God would have froze the world to destroy everything except for Noah and his family in a special Ark that wouldn't freeze it would be able to slide Guided by God? Then the things in the water and beneath the Earth would have also froze and no one could have been hiding from the flood.
