If you took out a mortgage for a similar house, you end up paying about the same over the same period. Interest rates are going up. however, I think 8.5 is overpriced. 7millon would be like the sweet spot.

The people hating in the comments don't see the genius in this construction. it falls under missing middle type housing, and it looks like a combination of a townhouse and an apartment. It is briliant, especially the top floor house, and I see more like it in the future.
