Best to use cast iron for frying steak. Heat oil at a medium high heat until the oil just begins to smoke. Depending on the thickness of the steak cook same length of time on each side then transfer to the oven in the same cast iron pan until you get the desired temperature you want. Delicioso 😋

@@SamanthaMarchxo be sure if new to cast iron you research how to care for it. Can rust very easy , don't treat like modern cookware.

I've lived in Seattle for close to 9 years now and while no city is perfect, when I see vlogs like yours I'm reminded why I enjoy living here. You got a great taste of the city for a shorter trip. Glad to hear you had such a great time!

Glad you enjoyed your trip here to Seattle. Though Seattle is a popular destination to visit, I would definitely suggest planning another trip for other areas in the state, which has an amazing diverse climate. Orcas Island is amazing (especially if you like whale watching and marine life), the George Amphitheater is great for festivals, Central & Eastern Washington is more desert, while the coast is the green.
My home state. I always highly recommend the mountains and Eastern WA. These areas do not get enough love and are beautiful, especially in the fall. We are hikers and the mountains are our sanctuary. ❤

This was so fun to watch. I was born and raised in Seattle and moved to east side of Washington just 4 years ago. Seattle has changed so much over the years but you definitely got to see so much of the beauty and visit the fun spots. Japonessa was a favorite date night spot for me and my husband. ❤️❤️❤️

Oh man , next time you come to Seattle, I hope you would have a meetup with your favorite local fans! I’d host! (Before I moved to Seattle in 2008, I lived in San Diego! 😍) There is such great hiking and biking and all kinds of cool stuff to do and see in the Seattle area (and as you experienced, food to eat)!

I had a lot of fun in Seattle too quite a few years ago. I loved going to Leavenworth, it's a Bavarian style town, it's really cute, it's about 2 hours from Seattle I think.

Edit: I know you have a lot of other places on your travel list but if you ever want to get out of the Las Vegas heat during the summer, come visit Seattle again. Seattle looks like just like what I see it in my mind, busy but quaint. And that blown glass OMG absolutely stunning. I use to collect old blown glass pieces when I was with my 2nd husband. That was the one thing he wouldn't let me take. LOL I wonder if he still has it, I'll have to ask now that I think of it(thinking on here LOL). #SamSquad Loads of Love❣

So glad you were able to visit my home town. Hope you enjoyed it! Happy you had nice, unseasonably sunny warm weather! Looks like you hit some great places. The Pink Door is an institution. Been around forever. Next time you’re in town, try Kel’s, a bar in Post Alley. Another institution, and supposedly haunted. 😮 Also, hit the University District. Northlake Tavern has the best pizza in town. It’s so big and thick, you need a fork and knife. Looked like a nice time! 😊

Purina pro plan has been rebranding their lines. The one I feed used to be called Sport 30/20 but is now called the Performance line. Maybe contact Purina customer service and ask if the food Aries eats is now under a new name?
I have 6 dogs and go through a big bag of food in a week, so I shop sales, use coupons, and try to keep at least 6 bags of food on hand at all times.
I usually get my cat food from Chewy but they haven't had it in stock for the last 3 months. I finally had to order a case from Walmart, of all places.
We had to switch to lamb and rice small bites too! Can’t find the regular from pro plan anywhere .. so strange! Loved the vlog!

Oh my goodness! I always thought I was weird b/c I also have a separate peanut butter for me and "natural" (or as close as you can get for less sugar) peanut butter for my doggo :D I literally have the exact same 2 peanut butters for the same use at my house. LOL
