Expensive machine to test is what separate the pro. from the diy. However it is not needed to repair yourself. I did it and it was hard to find the info to fix but they are out there in the www land. This is the reason there is only 1% of the diy attempting to rebuild or repair the CP3 or 4 on their own. I was crazy to attempt and I did not regret it saving a load of money for the new one plus the knowledge and confidence after the rebuild. Good luck to you and in USA where i live nearly NO one attempts to rebuild as the majority of Americans are lazy and lack of info. on line as they want to keep it a secret. You will find how to from India Utube. Search you will find. If you do the job before watching it you will have to do the job again. How do you think i know that?????!!!!!!!!
If it is fixed at 30 bar, it seems that the oil is leaking out somewhere. If it is a pump problem, the following can be inferred. 1. Piston sticking 2. sticking ball on the upper 45t nut side 3. sticking check valve 50t nut on the piston side. 4.imv valve sticking If it is not a pump problem, excessive backleak may occur in the injector.
@@nos00 thank you for answering! I have another question if you don't mind, does the testing machine you use in the vide control the fuel pressure regulator?, all the plungers seems to be working in my pump but it doesn't build enough pressure, could it be because I'm spining it with a drill and the fuel pressure regulator isn't connected?
The fuel pressure regulator is attached externally to the equipment. Since the inlet metering valve is inspected individually, it is not necessary for flow testing.

Hello sir, have you ever rebuilt a Bosch 0445010018? Mine is building only 30 bar what could be wrong with it?

@@nos00 in my case my pump only has a fuel pressure regulator, it doesn't have a inlet metering valve
