Biggie didn't sound good at all in that beat. That beat has 2Pac's name all over it. Most east coast rappers don't sound too good in a No Limit/Cash Money Beat. As great as DMX is, he didn't sound too good in the Down 4 My Niggas beat with C-Murder, Magic and Snoop.

I think it was weak that Juvenile wasn't on his on track. Actually 2pac and Biggies flow matched that track, it's just with the title and subject matter not coinciding.

I'm from New Orleans and grew up on New Orleans Rap and I can tell you that biggie sound bad on this track Now he sounded a hellava lot better than Jay-Z on this track but he sounded like he was tryna catch up with the beat rather than to become one with the beat like 2 Pac did on this track. There's a difference between a New Orleans Beat and a southern beat in General. The New Orleans Hip Hop beats is otherworldly and the Source magazine practically said that Mannie Fresh's beats in particular is "Futuristic" and I agree. I think BIggie did a better job on Mannie Fresh's track on his Born Again album but with this one, he was somewhat off beat.
