Right ovary measures 24 x 23 mm - Largest follicle measures 14 x 16 mm. Left Overy incasures 30 x 19 mm - Largest follicle measures 15 x 16 mm. No Adnexal mass. URINARY BLADDER: Moderately distended. No obvious calculus or mass seen. Bladder wall shows normal thickness. DOMINANT FOLLICLE IN BOTH OVARIES
