However, if you give just a lil bit of extra effort and use dating websites ( be as honest as u can in your profile) you will find women to talk and chat with. This will help you loosen that grip that anxiety has on you. Before you know it, you will not only feel more comfortable but more then likely build a relationship with someone and the next thing you know. You're on a date with them. Again working with social anxiety but making small steps. There are other places to meet people, but having social anxiety might make it easier using websites.
