The reason the MORS sniper feels awkward to use, with shots that should hit often missing, is due to misalignment of the MORS sight on every scope, not just the default. (source: Call of Duty Updates and Chris “FyrBorne” Strickland)
I've been told it also has weaker aim assist than the other snipers, though that's just hearsay and I play on PC so take that with a grain of salt lol

I noticed something similar with the mora But I'm pretty sure it's because the bullet travels faster because it's a rail gun, which kind of throws off leading shots

Made this exact loadie few days ago except max tac stance build optic was the after market part with the Lazer and the grip was -40 flinch the movement is crazy and it's ridiculous how u can beam in tac stance. Try it gg monkes

I don't know if its what you felt with AA, but for the MORS the reticle is slightly off center from the actual bullet location (regardless of optic). They posted a tweet saying they're gonna release a hotfix for it soon.
Also, I'd love to see you try this with a tac-stance strafe build.

Full auto SO-14 feels much easier to control than before. I feel there’s a close range build in there but it’s hard to find. It kills fast up close but finding the balance of recoil to movement is hard. Also the iron sights are dirt.

For me it’s the scope on the mors it feels to light if that makes sense the scope I use is the SP-X 80 6.6 times scope it hurt the aim down sight but if you make a good movement class it is still the fastest sniper plus it feels better to use thought I could help you guys out love you monkes f*** off and have a good day
