My laptop is Dell-7415 had same problem after update.
Second last method works.
After creating new user l sign in with new user and menu key worked properly after that I sign out and again sign in with my old user .

Apki steps krne k baad to or error aa gaye pc me windows cannot access the specified device path or file you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item ka pop up ara or fir ok krne pe ek or error ara which is this file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action please install an app or if one is already installed create an association in the default apps setting page
