    Condo units are built too close to each other . Similar to hong kong apartments. Proposed interchanges will take many years to be completed.

      Hi, yes I do agree with you that building are close to each other, however the whole project concept are focus more on greenery park and amenities that make way convenient to the residence in terms of F&B, convenince store, etc.. So if one that cannot accept the density, I would suggest to choose lower density development. Also this is definitely not a ready made mixed development township, hence the proposed road and concept will definitely take some time, because if this is a completely successful township today like Desa Park City, it will be very pricey already.

    No MRT connection.

      Yes there’s no MRT near our project, however residence can drive 5-10 mins to 1u Utama / The Curve and leave their car there and take the train. There will be also MRT shuttle bus service near our site location too 😊
