That he then did so with Rice for the slightest of touches is downright bizarre. No wonder some are claiming bias on the part of the ref.
Last season the same ref association apologised for poor decisions against Arsenal's in matches with Newcastle and Aston Villa. Arsenal lost 4 points in those two matches and the lost the league by 2 points. Just imagine that
