I live in Lehigh! and 6 Months ago, a new construction house sold right in front of mine, it sold for like $380K yesterday the house in the rear of mine, was listed for $280K Yes its not a new construction, but it has more Sq.F. than the one that sold for $100K more just 6 months ago, as soon as the new listing sells, there goes the value of the house in front.
Interesting 🤔 Some areas are seeing prices fall with low buyer demand, rising inventory and rising rates. Tough to see what is going to happen next, but all signs point to us being overdue for a recession, but they’ve gotten good at kicking the can down the road. I think prices will end up recovering “fairly quickly,” which in real estate is like a year or so, but just my opinion. There are a lot of buyers who want to buy but are waiting for prices to come down, which they are some, but more so rates to come down, which they should, but we’re not quite there yet.
Lived in lehigh acres in the 80s had a couple houses on the block landlord next door. Had many blocks of palmetto plants with no houses. Creepy place to stay as a kid with no friends. Flew i kite landlord gave me. Watched the tv show v. Very boring times as a kid.
Hi, can you explain about the floating areas in Lehigh. From Rexfin I found out that in 25 years Lehigh will be a mess due to the future storms. Is there any save area?
OK but it's nothing like Miami or Hallandale Beach its nothing really to do up there living there was boring, I rather stay in Hallandale Beach or Miami, or Hollywood.

2024: Lehigh Acres is not a city, it is unincorporated Lee County. Interest in becoming a city has been ongoing since late 1980's.
