Congratulations and well-done. Mashallah. I myself working with NHS in England ( UK) as a consultant physician. In the current circumstances, I will brotherly advise you to not to opt to come to the UK, but definitely consider USMLE and working in America. Sky is the limit in America, however health system in the NHS is not looking promising and sustainable in the near future. Hence I will brotherly advise you to go to America for your further training rather coming to the UK. ( Having said all the above, ofcourse the final decision will be yours) as per your circumstances. Best wishes for your future endeavours. Inshallah.

Kaka merit exists and if you have potential to work they can hire you. You want to acknowledge yourself on the basis of previous achievements,that is alarming for your career because you have to start work from first step and you will achieve recognition step by step.... I don't know what do you want? Just start your job either anyone pay you 45k...you are still dependent on your parents.
Start from scratch and work hard, you will one day recognised by your work not from marks . Dont stuck to your past achievements
I am not commenting to discourage you but a little advice. Accept an offer either from private hospital and start your job instead of sitting at home. When you will start work either with low pay, your stress will vanish and you can think straight. Reference culture also exist but marit is still on priority in every good institution. You will think positively when you start work . Decision is yours.😊

I have no idea how successful Pakistani Trained doctors are in the UK, but yes, they are very successful in the US AFTER getting US training. They spend at least first two rough years. I have seen many examples here in the US. Even some of those doctors were flabbergasted by the time they spent at work, as a result, they made their decision to move out of here.

Simple mo-ship is a wastage of time.
If you don't want to give part 1 then give plab and move abroad.3-4 months of shear preparation for exams and being jobless at home is way better than do the mo ship
