I love you so much! I set everything what you wrote down in the video and the comment section. Now it runs smoothly. I have a 1.4ghz processor 2gb ddr3 1600mhz and an intel HD graphics wich is 1gb this is the potato of potatoes but i will upgrade soon.
omg thx i figured it was my fullscreen issue... i had a 550 and i swapped it out for my 710 gpu and i have a 1350 twin fan by msi but i use it on my newer gaming pc...... it did fix my lag to set the res lower.
its that a way that can change the resolution size by force? because when i try to change from the gameusersetting and in game at title the game will auto fix and made it default that what i had change in the .ini file

Probably because this is in older patch plus the 740m is actually better than the 820m it really actually depends on the second number and Yours is 4 and mine is 2 and it's only one generation ahead (7 and 8). This is a very GPU bound game so yeah (doesn't take too much ram, and cpu isn't too much of an impact). But I have upgraded from this laptop

Help i cant find the saved folders even though i open the file location and searched through Windows Run. I've ticked open Show Hidden files but still cant see it.
try playing in forgotten woods. i find this helpfull, but when im go to forgotten woods, it laggy pretty bad. if you have solution about this please share :D

You can also make your shadows to one, and texture, effects, foliage to 2. Change it like you did with post processing.

Not only did this help me play the game but I can now play multiplayer without lag over 9000

Yes, your specs are actually slightly better than the one used in the video. Just apply the settings provided in the video and it will run just fine.
