@@francisbaranski thanks for your question. I've stewed over it for a bit and I think it's because the video used the word 'leader' and 'expert' interchangeably and in my mind they are different. I personally think evidence establishes 'faith' in someone to follow a leader. I am sceptical that if I learn something one day and teach it the next I will have sufficient faith from 'followers'. I guess what I'm saying is I'm not sure just knowing something makes you a leader but what you do with the knowledge creates value and gives people the faith to follow you. I'd like to know your opinion on this and if you see it differently. Thanks again for the videos, looking forward to the next one.
