- Zimbabwe's ruling party, Zanu-PF has announced it will "freeze" the accounts of people who they believe are kingpins in the mineral trade, following the Al Jazeera expose, Gold Mafia.
The party seems to be falling apart following the report which implicates the country's president, Emmerson Mangagwa. For more Lulu Gaboo is joined in the studio by Acie Lumumba, ZANU PF strategist.

Where did you get this masquarade and clown? He is a petty man who is a direct beneficiary of the system, very close to the ruling elite and a very good friend of the ambassador. Everything that was projected on the documentary are things people already know including that number 1 is a gangster who is in charge of gold mining and illegal trade. Some of these issues of number 1 being involved in minerals were discussed and presented in cabinet meetings during Mugabe's tenure. Sometime last year a chief Musara exposed number 1 and his family for looting and claiming all gold and mining prospects and the chief was gagged. Lumumba is a petty guy who will sing for his supper, especially now that he wants to regain his position in the party.

Respectfully. But you guys did a disservice to your viewers and listeners by bringing ONLY Ace to this show. It would have been prudent to invite another person with an opposing view, and make this a debate. What you have done here is give someone who directly works for ZANU a chance to come on this platform and spread blatant falsehoods. This does not even qualify for propaganda. These are just cheap lies that anyone with a brain can easily dismantle.
I hope when you invite him for Part 2 you also invite someone else with counter views. So that this charlatan does not abuse the public by undermining our intelligence like this.
