Either they don't want to offend him by rescinding the invite or they're not trying to have event pictures with him implying association during this time. It does raise suspicion cancelling events, but it's better than being fresh in the headlines during the media's focus on Diddy with something as serious as sex trafficking.

Obtaining a "federal search warrant", not to be confused with a federal ARREST warrant, isn't the high-hurdle people think. In Diddy's case (as well as others) a federal SEARCH warrant can be driven by a well-written, sworn affidavit and "PROBABLE CAUSE", where it is "REASONABLY" BELIEVED a FEDERAL crime has been committed, and it will LIKELY be uncovered from a search of specific places for specific items...which is likely the reason they went directly for everything with "memory" and/or storage capability.
"Probable" and "reasonable" are not absolutes, as you may know if you've ever been pulled over and asked if you can be searched for drugs you didn't smoke and don't have. If I work for/with you and I'm willing to give a statement to the feds under oath, and they WANT you...best believe a federal SEARCH warrant is getting signed by a federal magistrate...ESPECIALLY if the crime is believed to involve large quantities of MONEY, DRUGS, WEAPONS and more recently SEX TRAFFICKING. It doesn't matter if the allegations are true because the feds will mobilize for those crimes even without evidence....they're searching FOR the EVIDENCE, so they'll take the chance of finding nothing in the hopes of finding SOMETHING.
People run with the whole "feds are like boogie-men" with extremely high conviction rates but leave out how stupid criminals are in the first place LOL. The feds conviction rate is that high because MOST cooperate when they see the MOUNTAINS of evidence against them. It's not that the feds are any more skilled at catching criminals than other law enforcement they just have better resources and time to surveil you, along with the authority.
Sex trafficking is said to be driving this investigations, and the allegation of "minors" only strengthens the affidavit presented to the federal magistrate...
Hypothetically speaking, and since everyone is speculating, let's say the investigation doesn't uncover crimes against "minors" and instead shows what appears to be consensual group sex, but there's a person in the footage who has given a statement saying they were flown/driven to Diddy's property as a guest but was then coerced into sex acts...this is now, according to definition, sex trafficking. It doesn't even have to be true and is extremely difficult to defend against because the optics will look crazy in a courtroom with a jury of people who likely know nothing about the alternative lifestyles of the wealthy, such as swinger parties, orgies, voyeurism, or gang-bangs etc...
"Sex trafficking: the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, obtaining, patronizing, or soliciting of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act, in which the commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age."

Joe don't own jets or yachts. Most people who own jets and yachts often lease their jets out when they're not being used. That's typically how they mitigate cost. It's been confirmed that Diddy does both. High End Air B&B like company's leasue jets, yachts, mansions and apartments. Just because his jet is involved doesn't mean Diddy is directly involved.
