    Kieran Read what a humble kiwi, great interview and very little bias, very honest punditry

    I remember when Kieren Read was under a lot of pressure and the NZ public were comparing him to Richie McCaw. Can’t wait for the game. Flew in from America with the family. Come on Ireland 🇮🇪

    Cormac Izuchukwu, Ryan Baird, Cain Prendergast, Clarkson, Jack Boyle, Oli Jager (injured), Edwin Edogbo (injured), Will Conners and Thomas Ahern are ones I would like to see get opportunities over the next few campaigns. Maybe Nial Murray too but lots of no.6s and 6/5 hybrids. Edogbo is an out and out tight head lock like Joe McCarty and they both could become an awesome combination where one starts and the other comes off the bench.

    I'm concerned about the scrum and maybe the lineout too. If we falter there then we might not have a great day on Friday.

    Six nations opener v France, everyone thought France would be angry after WC and put one over on Ireland, Crowley was very newin yet Ireland smashed them 1st game out.

    The AB's always get the rub of the green? (55mins). Say what? Are we watching the same games? The AB's almost always get the higher penalty count against them in games, and we seem to have to get use to playing with 14 men because we almost always get a yellow (or two) and now and again a red! The AB's get the rub of the green???? Ah yeah right........

      it seems the irish got the rub of the green - all those penalties one after the other - other refs would have pinged Ireland for their constant lack of discipline

      @@bodybalanceU2 For once ithe penalty count goes the ABs way, and look what happens? We win by 10pnts even with a man in the bin for 10.

    Lol. When they were playing, these guys weren't talking about brodie and whitelock as all time greats. They were thinking and saying that the irish locks had an edge. Rose tinted. ABs halfback lacking quality.... lacking exp, yes. Do these guys even watch any AB games at all? Do they even watch HL reels?

      No. Got to ask why, if the Irish much vaunted, settled, cohesive No 1 team, hungry for revenge , at home with a long winning streak, the vintage green machine team up against a not vintage All Black side , on the road with a 6 day turnaround, 2 senior players out, were there for the taking..Why didn't they take them? I'm putting 10 bucks on Argentina for an upset.

    The ABs always get the rub of the green? 😂 is that why they are penalised and carded more than anyone else? 🤣 in the meantime sides like Ireland infringe all day and nothing happens stupid comment.Also you notice they check NZs tries more than anyone else looking for a reason to not give it while awarding it immediately for other sides? OWNED 😂.

    • @bodybalanceU2
      @bodybalanceU2 21 день тому

      yeah i noticed that as well - the high tackle that was made from the Irish to an all black that created a penalty - no replay nor was it looked at again for high tackle but ab tackles and tries are replayed over and over again to ad nauseam

    How the hell are Ireland ranked 1st, they have never been to a World Cup final, whereas Southern Hemisphere teams have won every final bar one? Something rotten in the state of Denmark methinks.

      Recency bias. It would seem the rankings how they went in 1995, 1999… I’m mostly joking. Maybe there should be more of a weighting for the last RWC’s results, though there is often a big turnover of players immediately following the comp.

      You get points for winning games, and lose points for losing games. I'm pretty sure that's how it works. Complex, I know.
