I’m not sure if this will get answered at this point, but if my veiled chameleons are housed outdoors during the spring and summer on the Texas Gulf coast and the humidity regularly gets into the 70s and 80s or higher at night, do I still need to mist them? I put their Drippers on in the morning and water the plants as needed.
If there is dew forming on the plants naturally than most likely no. But, just to be safe, I would. Misting is such an easy thing to do and it mitigates the risk of dehydration. Basically you don’t lose anything by doing it and the cost of not doing it could be the chameleons health
