When wrapping the fabric around the rib, if you use your iron to shape the fabric around the cap strip on the rib, it will want to stay in place much better when you put the glue to it. I also have a bunch of plastic clothes pins to keep it in place till glue dries.
Poly-Tak is the only cement product approved with the Poly-Fiber system. Any other cement will void the STC. Even on uncertificed aircraft its recommended to use Poly-Tak because we have through testing on it's chemical interaction with other Poly-Fiber products.
