Well acctually you can make your own item just by giving the item and saying enchantement: id... but for me item Use numbers instead of the enchantement name

If I copy one of the op armor commands, and i try to paste it to Minecraft java, it won't let me paste the command, so I guess I have to do some a lot of typing I guess.

I don't add names n shit because it makes them too long to use in command line rather than command blocks because command blocks are stupid ...
if you notice everything in brackets follows similar pattern ex press shift +bracket ( [ ) = ( { ) so then its {id.name_of_enchantment,lvl:255},
multi name enchants have underscore _ in between words and all names are lower case!
So you can literally force basically every enchant on a single item ( you would need a command block as it be stupid long ) fiy this is for 1.16.5 + -1.18.1 some older crap minecraft utilize numerical ids which are a pain , this system also works for "mods" that add enchantments utilizing the following format ..
/give @p netherite_sword{Enchantments[{id:"name_of_mod:name_of"mods_enchantment",lvl:255}]} just for fun and shit :/
