Oh hi! My feather baby is learning how to hold things with his tiny claws with the help of your video. I'd like to kindly as for you help this one time... I got a swing for my tiel months ago but he won't sit on it... I just want him to swing on it and enjoy his time in his home... do you have any ideas for helping him with that?
Hi!! Sorry for the late reply but to be honest our tiels are also very picky about their swings!! Like there were some that were wooden and they hated it, but then we found a cardboard one that was wider (~5-6” diameter?) and we wrapped it with twine for their little feet/so it wouldn’t hurt due to the not-rounded edges, and egg now chills on it often. Have you tried maybe wrapping the swing in softer material? It might help them get comfortable… if not I’d recommend finding a swing with a different shape to try out. PS omg love to hear your bb is user his foot!! 😄💖
Black-capped conures are such cuddlebugs. And they really appreciate a good scritch, too.
Maple is a green-cheek, I believe. Still adorable tho.
Edit: Extra adorable. *She says as a bias green-cheek owner*
