1. Meet at least 2 people first couple of days
2. Have impact/contributions(big or small) in the first week
3. Having machine/tools required to do the job - first 2 weeks are more particularly interested in learning
3. Nudge - share the 5 things on how to be more productive with people the day before the first start day (Nudge manager 2-3 days before)
4. Check in with employee/manager to ensure alignment on mission, goals, responsibilities
5. Asking for feedback

Excellent talk. Clear that Lazio has a passion for education. Ironic how he talks about wanting to hate Prof Adam Grant for being accomplished in so many area’s but he is too darn nice. Kettle calling the pot black 😅.
