Kris' entire questioning on whether or not she'd want to be a twin is completely accurate on what being one feels like. Sometimes it's the best in the world and sometimes you hate your life because of it. I'm sure there are differences depending on if you're identical, which me and my twin are not.
As someone who has an older twin brother I hate it, but it might be different if it's a sister or something 🤷♀️
Yeah I have a twin too and most of the time we don't get along and sometimes we do especially because we aren't the same gender but It's different for everybody 😊

Ahh! I have a friend that is deaf and i'm so happy you're learning ASL! For some reason, Alaska has a huge deaf population, so i assume there would be more deaf people near Canada than the US. I'm so happy you're taking the time to even learn a little, and that you're encouraging other to do so as well. I also love how you're demonstrating ASL, but not professionally teaching. Thank you for all the compliments and sweet messages you tell us every video, and it has really boosted my confidence a lot.
It's because the continental US committed a genocide against deaf (and other disabled people) by forcibly sterilizing deaf people, banning inter deaf marriages, and also doing things to deaf people that inspired a certain German leader that have since been hidden from the general populus.

I've heard ppl say, that Alaska has a huge deaf population, but I've never even met anyone that is, or even just seen anyone signing, ever, and I've lived here my entire life. I'd assume some scientist uses land mass to population as a factor as well as the fact that they'd also include any hard of hearing person in that factor... ??? Idk either where everone is hearing this "fact" from, kinda bugs me
On another note, I would like to learn sign officially and see it be taught in schools

Ketchikan resident checking in -- I have two regulars that frequent my store that are fully deaf and only communicate in sign language, as well as about four to six semi-regulars who wear hearing aids. Also one of my coworkers has some hearing impairment but is not fully deaf. Granted, that's a statistically small sample but they do exist.

Kris talking about maybe being ambidextrous while also being immediately certain she’s right handed at first makes me think she’s mixed handed. Mixed handiness is characterized by someone who has a different predominant hand for different activities. I myself am mixed hand, so for example, I use my right hand to write, but my left hand to play most sports and drive. I don’t know if it’s rarer than being ambidextrous, but it’s more rare than having a single dominant hand, so you’re still rare Kris! It’s also genetic, so my mom, her sister, and possibly my sister are all mixed handed as well.
I'm kind of the same way. I'm right handed when i write & throw, but left when it comes to golf & hockey. I think I'm left when I'm at bat (I face 3rd base).
I am the same!! Really bothered my dad when I was growing up -- he would force me to do everything right-handed.

(For reference I’m hard of hearing) I often use ASL and was really happy to see Kris use sign language, also funny story- she signed something and I was mad confused for a minute but then realized she’s in Canada and I’m in the US and idk HOW but I genuinely forgot that some signs will differ depending on the country/area 😂

I have a story similar to your dentist experience. I had this really terrible flu when I was like 18. I had to go to the er and hadn't had any food or fluids (that stayed in me) for about a week. They gave me my first ever injection of morphine. Then they had to do a pelvic to make sure I didn't have any kind of infections and while the very handsome doctor was... down there... I said, "find anything you like down there doc?" I was VERY out of it. It's been 20 years and I'm still embarrassed but I was VERY high lol

As someone who is an identical twin (younger twin), I can tell you what I say to everyone who asks if I like being a twin: 'I don't know anything different, it would be like asking you how do you like not being a twin?'
*Perks of being an identical twin:*
- You can name your emergency contact Spare Parts
- Growing up you always had someone so you never had to do things alone for the first time
- You can share ID when you twin loses theirs like an absolute knob head
- You can use their stuff and just say 'genetically this is mine too'
- As my twin is gay (they/them pronouns) and I am asexual/unsure (she/her pronouns) I know that I would look friggin hot gay and fabulous
- Get your twin to try clothes on for you so you can see them on yourself
- Know emotional/physical things about each other before being told, example: They know when I am having chronic issues because they get a weird feeling in that area of there body (we live on the other side of the country from each other and it still happens!)
- Even when you really aren't cool, people think you kind of are because you are a twin

My youngest child has a fairly rare skin condition. She has visible Blaschko lines (mosaic skin). Everyone's skin forms in waves and the pigment in her skin (in layman's terms) didn't mix together evenly, so she has darker lines all over her body. She has such beautiful swirls on her back, a long line down her right arm, and tiger-like stripes on her thighs. I always tell her how cool and pretty they are (because they are) and no one has every made fun of her for them. It's super cool and pretty rare.
Wow! I bet she is stunning. I'm so thankful no one has made fun of her,people can be unkind sometimes. You're daughter is definitely a rare beauty I hope she grows to be an extremely confident woman. ❤❤

For anyone that is wondering about narcissism and psychopathy, they both are part of the Cluster B Personality Disorder group. Traits in personality disorders can overlap and be seen in people that aren't fully able to be diagnosed with one specific personality disorder. Essentially, someone can have cluster B traits, but not enough to be diagnosed with APD, NPD or BPD.
Basically some narcissists can lack empathy, and not all antisocial people have narcissistic traits. I hope that makes sense!

Daughter of an identical twin here. My entire life, I've only gotten them confused once, and it was only for a moment during a period of time when I hadn't seen my mom for a while. When you are super close to one or both, you notice the subtle differences. Although many struggle to tell them apart, to me, they don't look that much alike.
My dad is an identical twin and I've also only confused him once - but it was over the phone when I rang my uncles house and my dad unexpectedly answered.
They used to try and trick me when I was really small, but I knew my own dad almost instinctively.

I just noticed the rabbit thing Kris mentioned! Yes, most albino rabbits have red eyes but it’s possible for them to not. There is also another common breed of white rabbit that always has red eyes. It’s the Floridian white breed and another cool thing about them is that their ears, face and nose change color based on what temperature they are in!

I have grey eyes and it’s 3%… A fun fact: People with grey eyes have little or no melanin in their irises, but they have more collagen in a part of the eye called stroma. The light scatters off the collagen in a way that makes the eyes appear grey.

Hi Kris! So my unique thing is that I have green eyes that change colors, and I am fluent in sign language. My grandma on my mother's side was deaf. My mom was the lead interpreter at the school for the deaf in our state. I love everything you put out. You're wicked funny, mate! Thank you ❤

This was very interesting to watch with actual statistics. I was very surprised not to see my eye colour on here. I didn’t think centralized heterochromatic eye colour was that rare. 9:23 Storytime! Basically a few years ago, two kids in the higher year level were twins. They looks identical and the only way you could tell them apart was by their hair accessory. One of them would wear a scrunchie and the other nothing. They swapped classes, hair accessories and personalities for the entire day. Nobody caught on until a month later when one guy snitched them out.
I am a twin and we're quite literally identical. I would never trade her for the world. She was always there for me, cheering me on and helping me out every chance she could.

As a hearing mom to a deaf 2 year old, I wanted to tell you I’m super thankful that you chose to learn some sign! It is SO important, and not enough people take it seriously.
I worked with a couple of deaf women at Walmart. They were hilarious and I learned a lot from them. One day this customer was yelling at her and I walked by and asked what the problem was. (I really hate seeing people getting mistreated). The customer said this associate did nothing but ignore her. I told her that the associate was deaf. The look on that lady’s face was hilarious. She just slinked out of the store! I hope she learned her lesson.

I have a form of heterochromia - my eyes are similar in color but a mix of brown, blue and green. When I was little, the dominant color would shift quite frequently. As an adult, they were mostly blue, for quite a long time but for the past 5 years or so, they've been mostly green.
My dad has brown eyes, my mom has blue eyes and my mom's mom had one green and one blue, so that's how THIS happened! 😂

That's not heterochromia (I actually have a kid with it!). If both eyes have the same interesting features,it's not called "hetero" though. That prefix just means that one eye is literally differently colored ("chromia") than the other.
There are really cool sciencey sites that have pictures and the names for unusual types of eye coloring. I'm sure you'll find the name for yours :)
Pretty sure that that is hazel eyes I know because other that then sounds like my eyes and my mother calls my eyes hazel!

Same but Ik this is weird but in winter I’m hazel eyes and then summer I’m green with a very small hint of brown eyes. It like changes. Also I have red hair that gets brighter in the summer and darker in the winter.
