River Carron (Ardgay)

Kayaking on the excellent Top and Upper gorges of the Carron at high flows last year with Thom Brown.
Technical grade 4 in low water and a chunky grade 5 when high. It's one of the coolest sequences of rapids in Scotland and has escaped being in any guidebook! More good grade 4 sections upstream and downstream of this.
