I'm not sure this is how the real world works. No matter how long or how closely you worked with the boss, when you are sabotaging the company's interest to the extent of making it bankrupt, there is no overlooking it. You are fired immediately. The fact ML initially said if you came to me I was abt to forgive, but now I'm not sure that shit is crazy. She clearly handed over the designs to their competitors in order to hurt the company she worked for and she claimed she worked for him for 6 years does that mean he should overlook that fact that you almost tried to ruin his company.😂😂
Also forgot to mention this when you try sabotaging your own company in such a way you basically become unemployable. Because companies don't like to hire individuals who have tried to sabotage or hurt the company's interests. Basically you become blacklisted in that field atleast.
