Marsel, foreigners talking about sexual topics in public with young girls crosses the line for many Filipinos. A parent or barangay captain could file a complaint. This could lead to big problems. Please consider the risk a foreigner has in a conservative and religious county doing this type of thing. Research it if you don't believe me. Filipino bloggers themselves probably can have more leeway, that's just the way it is, but they can also do things like complain about governmental politics that wouldn't be a good idea for foreigners.
