thank you very much sir this helps me sleep at night. i got a few clients now all with a crapload of their own tasks to complete (that are all pretty urgent). with sales, marketing, ops, posting, random integrations, billing, ads - this kind of organisation is making it all possible. Working with you guys the immediate second i can.

Great tutorial. My org has setup ClickUp with 1 department Space and with I have created a few project folder. These projects have different stakeholders. When I try to add a RACI template it adds it within a project Space BUT the RAID log template is added as a folder. The only workaround that I could thing of is having 3 folder for RAID and rename them each placing them either above or below each project folder. Any thoughts?

Sorry, I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. Could you post a loom video or something to walk me through it?

@@ZenPilot What I notice is for RACI Template, ClickUp creates a list whereas for RAID Log it creates a folder. Since I want everything organized within an existing project folder (lets call it Project A), the RACI template as well as other lists are within the folder Project A. However, when I try to add RAID Log using a template, it creates a new Project Folder rather than a list as RACI Template. This causes problems as I have multiple project folders and to have additional folders for RAID log causes confusion. What I am looking for is to have 3 project folders which I have and within each folder. a separate RACI list (which ClickUp creates) and a RAID log LIST just like RACI list within each project folder

@@allyirfan8663 Are these templates that you've made or are these ClickUp created templates?
If you want everything in a folder, you'd need to redesign the RAID log template to be a list or task template because you cannot upload a folder template in to a folder. There are no sub-folders at the moment.
If you want something to be in a folder, it needs to either be a list, or just a task (which will live in a list within the folder).

Is it possible to put deliveries into a client dashboard? We do monthly ghoswriting posts which the client needs to review and comment or copy out of there to post on his linkedin. I just switched from Notion to ClickUp so not sure how to manage this Retainer. Would really help me a lot! It's kind of a Content Enginge with a database so he will always see which content was performing well to reuse etc.

You can do this, you just need to invite your client in to ClickUp. Here's a way to do that: ua-cam.com/video/HVQZBdo385A/v-deo.html

Great video! No other on UA-cam comes close! I'm trying to figure out if I should have a separate space called "Projects" just to have internal and client projects together instead of having them mixed in the clients space. Thoughts?

I'd separate your client and internal projects in to separate spaces. It's helpful to have those separate for time visibility and general visibility purposes.

made it to 13 minute mark. this is just a walk through of the interface, not a tut on how to use it.

I really wanted to enjoy this and it looked like it was going to be good, but it is totally useless because you talk WAY too fast - this is the problem when you already are familiar with the program - you forget what it is like to not know and you jump quickly all over the place, and my native language is English, but really, it's not a race and it makes me wonder if you other offerings will miss the mark too, even though my first impulse was to subscribe. Wishing you well. A video like this is supposed to be about the viewer.

@@ZenPilot, the Playback Speed setting is on the gear icon in the video. I often use it to speed up or slow down UA-cam videos.
