@@thelucychronicles Really?! That’s awesome. I’d always wanted to read her books and watch her movie b/c of WWII but never had. I thought she was absolutely precious. Loved all the themes so much! 💙🇺🇸💙
So personally, I didn’t LOVE Autumn by the Sea when I first read it - but the second and third I absolutely adored. I think you should definitely try the next one! They are fantastic. The first one felt like a three star when I first read it but I loved the rest so much that I think of the whole series fondly lol.
@@bethanybringsbooks ok! Gotcha. Very interesting you didn’t love #1 either. I’ve heard from a couple ppl that 2 and 3 are way better. Today, you may have talked me into giving #2 a try. Lol
You know, I finally got around to reading A Winter by the Sea... and I didn't love it. 😭 I was disappointed because I had been looking forward to it. But I still want to read the third book because I really want to read Claire's story! I enjoyed Miracles but I also found it very dense and more intellectually involved than I was anticipating.
@OldeAmericanSpirit I haven't started Seaside Homecoming yet. I liked The Queen's Cook, it wasn't my favorite of hers since it was slower to me in the beginning but I enjoyed it farther in.
@@MorgansEndlessBookshelf I did too. I have such fond memories of it because it traveled with me here and there for two months. 😂 but long winded sections… my word! 😂😂
I love the little touches that are put into physical books!
@@talesandtreatswithtay yes! I love that and appreciate their time in n doing so!
Omg Molly!!!! She was the first American Girl I read!!!! ❤

@ I really hope you try it!! I loved it 😍
@ I will now! 🥰
I need to read the next books in the Julie Klaasen series.
@@bethanybringsbooks I enjoyed them all as super slow, cozy reads. Definitely a commitment time-wise.
Wow. You read a lot of books in November. I really enjoyed Udolpho. I’m glad you liked it. 😊
@@ReadJournalLove I did read alot. It was fun. I just get so excited and I read fast. This month I’ve slowed down!!
Great video, Shannon!!! You read so much!!! 🎉🎉 Thank you for buddy reading with me!
@@thelucychronicles I loved reading it with ya. Sorry it was a different dud for our 1st one together. 😊 we MUST try again! 💙
@@thelucychronicles I do read a lot! I just get so excited and being a fast reader helps. But I made myself really slow down this month -
I love Treasure Seekers! I mean, the narrator didn't say who he was... But he made it pretty clear. 😂😂
@@MorgansEndlessBookshelf yes! I thought it so enduring in a cozy British way. 🤓 I know 😁 so cute! Hehe

Oh, no! I was quite frustrated with one character in Claire's story, but enjoyed it as a super slow, cozy Klassen read. It has spring vibes.
Love the Phineas and Ferb clip!

I just finished The Queen's Cook and starting The Seaside Homecoming this week!
Oh, that's funny! Two great authors and books to me, for sure. What did you think of them? A favorite between the two? 🥰

Love the Phineas and ferb clips😂 I felt the same about the space trilogy boon one. Not sure if I’ll read more though
@@CandlewickLibrary thanks 😂
Same. I feel bad to not finish the Space Trilogy! I will, just not sure how long it will take me to finish. 😊😬
Thanks for co-hosting with me!
@@MorgansEndlessBookshelf absolutely Very honored! Can we do it annually, pretty please?!?! 🙏🏻
@OldeAmericanSpirit I would love that! I think we should pick an easier group read next time, though. 😂😂
@@MorgansEndlessBookshelf Yay!!!!!!
Yes to an easier one! 😂😍
I need to read Winter by the Sea! I even own it.
@@MorgansEndlessBookshelf Oh, I enjoyed that one so much. Emily was my fave in book 1 …. The sassy bookish one. 🤩
Yeah, Miracles was pretty dense.
@@MorgansEndlessBookshelf the frowning I was probably doing while reading (trying to understand).

I haven’t read Julie Klassen yetzz 🫣
