    Guys, we know how to get Tack off our Hands. It was a joke. Apparently a bad one. Thank you for your suggestions but we can get it off of our hands!

    Love the frequent uploads and can't believe how fast you're getting back to former numbers. Awesome stuff, that 400 lbs stone looked easy like you could've done it for 5 reps, definetely need a 450+ to challenge you;)

    One of the strongest comebacks ever! Thanks for all your tips, pushing the world away on the deadlift has finally started to click, today I pulled what was previously my 3RM for 5 reps! It helps me a lot in the squat too, I stay way more upright.

    Deadlift PR’s do fry CNS...I don’t think I have ever followed a deadlift PR with another PR on a compound lift within 24hrs...did not realize that till you said it

    How often do you try to tackle stones? I realize you are coming back from an injury so that has a factor but do you try to do a stone work out a week or more?

    I have a really random question, this is for anyone, how does gripping heavy things so often which causes calluses all over your hands affect your relationship? I was holding hands with my girlfriend and she said my hand hurt her hahah

    • @nathanwrd5746
      @nathanwrd5746 6 років тому +2

      Brian has a video about this, you should look it up. For me, I use a stonescrup and a basic razorblade once a week or two. It helps.

    • @ShootLiegh
      @ShootLiegh 6 років тому +3

      i use a pumice stone on my hands every time I shower. I mostly do it to avoid torn calluses, but it also makes my hands pretty smooth.

    You did a arms day( pull ups, rows etc) some time ago, with that finisher. I am asking: I train like you: deadlift, ohp, squat & bench day.When I put that arms workout?

    • @joshjohnston7388
      @joshjohnston7388 6 років тому +3

      M. Ionut Arms get work on pressing days. Pressing and rowing in the vertical plane one day, horizontal another. Been training that way almost a year now and my arms are bigger than when I did curls and stuff, but the important thing is that my lifts are bigger and my rowing is catching up to my pressing. And of course doing all compounds all the time means my body fat doesn't stand a chance. I eat a lot of crap. Cookies, cakes, ice cream every day, blah blah blah. Still have abs. Granted I'm a skinny bastard anyway.

    Strongest upper back... lolololol. Sir, I dont think your aware of bodyweight to squat, press and deadlift ratio .. its dumb. Us normal people have a lot of grinding to do to reach your godly level.
