I am also a very passionate car enthusiast. Especially the sleeper car. Whenever I have to move between provinces in Vietnam 🇻🇳, I always choose a bus. Each country has different car characteristics, but there is a point I have to admit that the passenger car horn in Vietnam sounds better every time you press it, making the hearts of those who are passionate and love passenger cars always sob.
There's alot of similarities between Indian and Kenyan long distance journeys. Both countries drive on the same side (keeping left) and everything that is happening along the way is just the same as well. Although in Kenyan long distance journeys, Scania bus has dominated but I see in India looks like Volvo is the one doing it. But another thing I've noted is the many toll stations along the way. In Kenya we don't have toll stations yet. Otherwise the video was good. Watching from Kenya, keep it up and make a trip to Kenya as well.
In some countries, bus and heavy vehicles are not allowed to take the fast lane even for overtaking. They normally confined themselves to the two or three slower lanes only.
India looks to be better organised and has longer dual Carriage roads. In Kenya only small sections are dual carriage. Majority are 2 way so many fatal accidents happen every week.
In Context this is like a bus ride between Nairobi Kenya and lilongwe Malawi. Where all is Dual carriageway. That's Very impressive for India. Regards from Kenya 🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪
Super video. Watched it end to end. Body gets heated up after such a long journey. Hats off to the drivers. And hats off to you. I’m sure you would have been awake for more that 20 hours of the 36 odd hours
Volvo Turbo Diesel definitely has the power to overtake with ease , I was surprised with the roads quite good , May be i was wrong , i should come and check it out

Hey Ash, seen quite a few of your videos, good work keep it up. From a European perspective I tip my hat to the bus drivers in India for their skills and ability to keep calm in such fast-paced and unpredictable road traffic you guys have there! I also have a question: almost all the coaches I've seen in your videos, the drivers have their own door, is this a safety regulation in India that bus manufacturers have to install a door on the driver side? Thanks in advance for the reply.
No it's not for the safety of the driver, as we have right hand drive in India and also earlier when there was front engine heavy vehicle with bounut in between, so driver would have to Cross the bounut to go on driver seat,. Hence from very early there is a separate door,, to enter for driver in the front right of the bus. Same appies for truck as well in India
Yes..it is a safety measure also...In case main door gets locked due to some technical reason , driver side door and also an emergency Door at the back will be used to evacuate passengers quickly Sir.

Respect to both drivers....12 hours shift thats amazing
Absolutely
I believe 8 hrs shift should be implemented so that the drivers are not fatigued.
I think so toughest job is to drive a bus having safety of all passengers. Isn’t it!
Yaa but they are experienced drivers & they know the route very well & furthermore most of the roads are very smooth & wide 👍👍👍
Also drivers change 3-4 times for such long journey
