“Forget the house, we can make pencils!” Your words are basically the oral equivalent of a tickle. I love the fact that you are as down to earth now as when you started your channel. Of course Anna is a sweetheart, I’m so happy for both of you.
You could use the topsoil to make raised beds and grow your own Jaffa cakes lol.
😂😂😂
Congratulations on breaking ground! I'm happy for you both (and the dogs). Can't wait to see how the progress goes (and I'm sure you can't wait either).
Get yourselves a wood burner! You will have free wood to last a couple of winters! Congrats on breaking ground. 😃
Dude! Ya boy is absolutely CANING that dump truck in reverse!! If that was in the UK, he wouldnt go that fast forwards. #MURICA
“I’ll get you any rock you want” quite possibly the cutest thing ever said
"Biggest bonfire known to man" I believe Northern Ireland would like to have a word
A big day in the house building progress. So deserved you two, can wait for the groundwork to be done and see you get the house all sorted.
Hi anna and JT me and my wife have been watching you for a while now, congratulations on breaking ground, we really like to see nice people doing well so good luck and keep smiling 🤘👍
Congratulations on breaking ground for your new home.
Use the logs for the fire 😊
a better idea would be to use it to make a small fishing cabin and bracing the banks of the pond using those trees
@colinbrooks2236 Well that's a great idea!! 👍 x
So exciting! Wow your own waterfall!? That's amazing! 😎✌🏼
Congratulations on breaking ground, can’t wait to see your new home 😊
I'm so happy for y'all. I was sincerely worried when you moved , but I should have known better things were coming.
I love all that red clay. Good luck from a fellow Kentuckian.
Wow those excavators waste no time👍 I love the white and yellow truck. Nice to see you both ♥♥♥♥
So great to see you two so excited about each stage of this. I am bursting for you.
Congrats in breaking ground that's awesome JT, bet you can't wait for it all to be finished hey. 😎👌
Hi JT congratulations to you and Anna on breaking ground for your new home, exciting times ahead for you both, looking forward to watching as it progresses, tfs x Julie 🇬🇧
Hi Anna & JT, you should give that pile of earth a good going over with a metal detector. Great video as always guys.
So pleased things are moving fast for you both xxx
That digger could do with a bit of oil!
You will have lots of logs save it for your wood burner help cut your energy bill ❤
So excited for you, thanks for bringing us along for the ride 🤩 can’t wait to see all your progress. Take care 🥰🤗
Panning for gold, the JT & Anna method
Red dirt road by brook's an dunn needs to be playing during your groundworks
Congrats, hope everything goes as smoothly as you hope and any issues arising are only small and easy to rectify.
Naaaa dude dont burn the wood! Use it to make raised beds and grow your own food! Those trees will break down over the years and you'll have the best soil for massive harvests 😁 you can get creative like growing tomatoes over an archway and the fruit will hang down like grapes, it's beautiful 😍
Good Luck 🫡🏴🇬🇧
Theres gold in them there hills !
Amazing! Very happy for you!
I am really enjoying these videos as your new home comes together. One fascinating thing is you really wouldn't be able to do this in the UK. The chance of getting permission to build/site a property on a rural "green field" site are next to zero. You would have also had to submit detailed plans, drainage plans environmental impact assessments etc.etc.
As an aside my paternal grandmother was a Kelly.
Exciting times! So happy for you both.
Nice one. Luckily you are not in the UK in a field like that you would have had an archaeological survey done, to check that there were no roman or iron age villages or graves
you could chop that wood and use it as cheep heating
So excited to see your dreams come true ❤
exciting
Gr8 news!
Hey Anna, I'm a hobbit too, small is good!
Hi jt you should buy yourselves a metal detector see what you find in the dirt they might be sum old coins or gold god know what you could find
Dark here at 4.30pm too in UK
I have digger envy!
I've spent the last two summers digging out a 12ft x 10ft x 4ft hole in my garden to make a patio. Two scoops with that & I'd have been done in 5 minutes.😂 The last two feet down was solid clay too - which I should have guessed given my house is surrounded by old brickworks 😆 Hope it continues to go well...in by xmas?
Is there any reason why you haven't rented a mini digger or skid-steer?
I couldn't hire one, lots of stairs, no direct access & nobody else would take on the job. Also, I didn't expect it to take THAT long but it did rain, a lot. 😁
@@alisonrodger3360 Ah, I see. It sounds like good exercise :)
@@basstrammel1322 I keep trying to tell myself that :-D
@@alisonrodger3360 Invite some friends to help you out a sunny saturday, and throw them a party when you're done. Nothing huge, just have enough beer and snacks for an evening. That's how we get things like this done where I'm from.
Come on JT and Anna, daily vlogs on progress, probably not LOL.
I knew you had a new video coming today. Saw the playlist get updated earlier 😁
Keep them coming! ❤👍
Ooh make it a uk bonfire with a guy fawkes on top👍
Dont fall down the hole trying to vlog lol. It wont be long now. Happy for you both an the doggies. Much love to both of you
I am so happy for you both ❤️
'Look at my rocks!' 👀well that's a new term for them
I noticed that a some of those trees were quite young trees. I was wondering why you couldn’t have replanted them somewhere else?
If this was in the UK you would still be waiting for planning permissions.
Did you have to apply to get clearance to knock down the trees ?
You are getting there, great work 😊xx
❤
We have yellow jackets in the Uk 😔
You almost sounded like adults then Anna found a 🪱😂
👍❤❤❤
Wanna build a bungalow on the side for me and the family? ... 😂😂😂😂😂
Maggies going to think you have made her her own Mole hill. My Bertie likes to pee on the ones near me over in the UK. Hope all goes well. 😊
Don't get fooled by the rocks that she's got, she's still Anna from the block...
Sorry couldn't resist Haha
Hey JT are you building a house with bricks or getting a prefabricated?? X
Alan,Alan,Alan,Alan.Alan, congrates from Across the Pond.
Best Regards Martin Alan Alan Alan Sid Sid Sid oh F.........
when you doin openungs again
🤘😎🤘🇬🇧
Anna needs a ghillie suit made out of mosquito netting. So she can hide from the bugs and they can't get her if they do see the disguise lol
👏👏👍🏻👍🏻😍❣
7 is a perfectly normal size, nothing odd about that, more than average in most countries... for the size of a trench... We are talking abut trenches right?
Is it true you are building an American Version of Hogwarts?
OH NO, Maggie is out of a job. That is one BIG mole digger.
Whenever I hear southern accents in America and the words "biggest bonfire" I'm like "oooooo no that some cross burning white robe shit, lol only joking brb THE TEA SIREN IS GOING OFF, GREGGS SAUSAGE ROLL AND MANDATORY CUP OF TEA
Happy your moving forward BUT Sad you killed healthy trees! You could have mulched them for compost.😱👎
You are going to live in a trailer? 🤔
