Hello, according to your feedback, my judgment is that there is a problem with your charger and you need to replace the charger.

Similar issue with one I purchased earlier this year (Turboant X7 Pro - branded here in Ireland/Europe as the Decent One Max) - it powered up after a 10-minute charge (charger LED green) BUT completely died as I was running static tests (it being supported by/on 2 axle stands) - all power dropped at 25kph/15.5mph 10-15 seconds into the test;' front-wheel drive so imagine the consequences if I was actually onroad at the time (so test, test, test again). Point being - it could be a battery issue (my own was a removeable but it was JAMMED into the stem - no budging it; bad sign), a BMS issue, a controller issue, a broken wire issue or indeed 2 or more of the aforementioned (they ain't mutually exclusive). This is a real safety issue so mine was returned to retailer (for return to manufacturer). Yours is still under warranty - simply have it replaced or get a full refund. No messin' around with these things - they AIN'T toys.
Whew! End of rant - Happy Travels.
