yup, a while ago i had to explain teams and stuff to a complete beginner in genshin impact, so i thought, why not make a quick beginner guide to teams for wuthering waves!
I found your WuWa videos a few days ago and it's absolutely criminal that you don't have more views. There are many, many guides for all aspects of the game out on UA-cam, varying wildly in content amount, quality, and presentation. All of your videos that I've seen hit a sweet spot where you present all of the critical info without overdoing it and becoming too verbose or difficult to follow. Also, while a small thing, I appreciate the speed at which you talk. Your cadence helps me absorb the info you just presented, which, in turns, prevents me from feeling as though I need to rewind all the time. You're doing great out there, dude - keep it up!
@@OnBrokenWingsX2 hey! First off, im glad youre enjoying the videos! As for the views, they vary alot on my videos Ive noticed, though it doesnt bother me, if i could help a single person per video, that'd already be a successful video!
I've never seen it explained so well. I came to the same conclusion almost by trial and error with Jiyan's team, which is Jiyan, Mortefi and Verina (formerly Baizhi). For a Jiyan team specifically, I think Shorekeeper is great, but I shy away from Shorekeeper for Jiyan because his resonance liberation (where he does most of his damage) has him on-field and spamming attacks (dodging is a DPS loss generally) so you tend to get hit a lot more with Jiyan. So, I compensate with healing (i.e., Verina and Baizhi). Shorekeeper isn't bad for Jiyan (far from it), just wanted to chip into the choice of support considering I played a Jiyan team for 4 months straight.
@@John_II thats fair enough! Personally a big jiyan main aswell, but i dont have shorekeeper. i do like the amount of healing verina gives for him, since your attacks are so long on jiyan!
im sure you will! i am also looking forward to her, planning to spend all my astrites on her, right now, thats about 60K astrites, 52 premiums, and 33 weapon pulls. so, when camellya releases, ill have around 500 pulls for her, i cant wait
@@robb35mmstreams true! You can definitely run her as a dps Ive seen some crazy changli dps teams and speedruns, so i get your point, but for this video, i wanted to keep it nice and simple, since most changli teams are quickswap, which most beginners cant really do.
@ makes sense - I run her with Yangyang, which gives me very quick Concerto and energy to keep bursting, which means I can rapidly build back to back Forte. Combined with very good skill damage, she outputs massive damage consistently and is as a result able to be of my best DPS units. Her stats are pretty good (80/270) with good atk subs, so I’ve invested heavily into her.
@robb35mmstreams oh wow, those are really good stats! Just a couple days ago i started farming echo material since its double drops and i ran out. And most of my echo's are pretty bad since im building every character
[important] Zhezhi also gives 15 resonance energy to the incoming resonator after her outro skill! hey! today, i tried a new kind of video, still a guide, but not character specific! also, my next video will be a pulling video for camellya as soon as possible, followed up by a guide video for her on saturday!
@@HeavensEqualGreatSage well, xiangli yao is probably the best, but, calcharo is not far behind. And, you can also use her with jinshi, since she needs coordinated attacks
@@Sarcii_WuWa meh idk if I'll go for him since he looks mid and I'd rather go for scar when he comes or a mommy(I have 60 pity from when I couldn't get changli)

This format is very effective. I don't need it but it's great to see CCs creating such content for those who need it.

been watching a bunch of your videos today since the baizhi guide popped up, really great formats and all the guides are easy to follow

no problem! glad to help
You forgot that zhezhi also gives energy to the next resonator
